We attended the funeral today, it was really good. It was so uplifting and positive! God was present in the house today! Lots of tears shed and lots of laughter. The preacher actually said the words Hoochie mama in the middle of the sermon! (he was not referring to Gladys as a Hoochie mama, promise) Anyway, a wonderful celebration of her life, great music, great people. She was loved.
